CONTRACT

The service will begin according to written agreements made with the bride and groom.
In the absence of other written agreements in the attached quote, the conclusion of the photo shoot may be: after the cutting of the cake or during the subsequent dances.
It will be at the discretion of the photographer who owns the service to decide when the service can be considered complete and therefore concluded, however no more than 12 hours of work, each additional hour or fraction of an hour has a cost of 300€ each.

The payment steps are as follows:
500€ as a deposit, to lock in the commitment to the photography studio for that date;
the remaining total to be paid a few days before or during the event itself.

The client may withdraw from this contract within 14 days of signing it with nothing due to the photographer and with full refund of the deposit paid.
Subsequent withdrawals will be governed as follows:
from the 14th day after the signing of this contract until 60 days before the wedding date, the photography studio/photographer may retain the full amount of the deposit paid;
from the 59th day to the 20th day prior to the wedding date, the photography studio will be entitled to 40% of the total agreed upon compensation for lost earnings;
in the 19 days prior to the wedding date, the photography studio will be entitled to payment of 60% of the total agreed compensation for lost earnings.
in the event that it is the photography studio that cancels the performance of the service, the following cancellation terms are agreed upon:
if the cancellation is communicated by the 90th day before the wedding date, the deposit paid will be returned;
if the cancellation is communicated from the 89th to the 60th day before the wedding date, twice the deposit paid will be returned;
if the renunciation is communicated from the 59th to the 20th day prior to the wedding date, in addition to the payment of double the deposit, the photography studio undertakes to propose to the bride and groom a colleague of an appropriate level to replace him for the purpose of conducting the photo shoot;
the renunciation in the 19 days preceding the date of the wedding may be communicated only in the event that the service becomes impossible due to objective causes of force majeure (riots, disasters, illnesses, accidents or other serious and documentable reason) not attributable to the photographic studio, which undertakes, as of now and within the limits of its possibilities, to be replaced in such an eventuality by a colleague of an adequate level, without prejudice to the payment of double the deposit in the event of the non-arrival of the possible replacement or in the event of the bride and groom not liking/accepting the replacement

The bride and groom agree that particularly meaningful and pleasing images depicting them and their ceremony may be shown to the public, such as through window displays, participation in contests, on the photographer's websites and sites frequented by the photographer, billboards, and any other means attributable to the photographer's personal promotional activity, and in any other lawful manner.
For his part, the photographer agrees not to allow the images to be used in any way that would harm the image of the bride and groom.
The bride and groom may deny the right of the photography studio to publish photos and/or videos of their wedding after paying the sum of €800 including VAT valid as a waiver for advertising purposes.

Pursuant to Art. 98, Law 633 - 22.4.41, and in accordance with Supreme Court ruling No.4094 - 28.6.80, the negatives and originals produced are understood to be the property of the author, the bride and groom may make any private non-commercial use of them, and may not transfer the images to third parties (e.g. to other suppliers).
In the absence of written agreements on the transfer of the negatives/files, the commissioning bride and groom, should they so desire, may request their full and final redemption at the additional price of €500 including VAT to be added to the agreed amount for the photo shoot.

The bride and groom will be given the backup(s) (in the number needed to contain all the files) in high resolution with the post-produced selection of all the selected shots.
It will be the responsibility of the bride and groom to check that they are working properly and make subsequent backups.
The studio is authorized to delete from its archives images taken after the 60th day from the delivery of the files or album to the bride and groom.

The bride and groom agree to make arrangements with the caterer for a meal for the photographer and assistant during the reception.
The bride and groom agree to inform the photographer of the composition of the household and important people to be portrayed.
Should guests damage the photographer's and/or his assistants' equipment, the bride and groom will pay for the damage and/or ensure that the person who caused the damage reimburses the photographer and/or his assistants.

In the event of a dispute over the interpretation and execution of this contract or in the event of damage to persons or property, the parties hereby commit themselves to an amicable resolution of the matter; if this is not possible, without prejudice to the possibility of taking direct legal action, recourse may be had to the various Conciliation services, when available and with respect to the issues most compatible with such conciliatory intervention.
